Each purchase grants a single-site license — the right to build and operate one (1) website, for yourself or a single client.

This license is not for agencies or developers who deploy to multiple clients. Purchasing one license and deploying the template across multiple client websites is a violation of these terms, regardless of how much the template has been modified.

• Install and configure the template on one website.
• Modify the code, copy, design, and content to fit your brand or your client's brand.
• Use the resulting website commercially — sell products, run a business, generate revenue.
• Retain full ownership of all content, copy, and business logic you add.

• Deploy to multiple clients or websites without purchasing an agency license.
• Resell or redistribute the template — in original or modified form — as a standalone product, theme, or starter kit.
• White-label or rebrand the template for resale or distribution.
• Transfer your license to another individual or company without prior written consent.
• Claim authorship of the underlying template or Claude integration system.

Selling a website built with this template is permitted. Selling the template itself is not.

All sites built with the Starter tier must display visible footer attribution: "Built with Prompt Your Site." This may be removed on Pro and Agency license tiers only.
