Site Analytics. This site counts page views itself, in a database its owner controls. It sets no analytics or advertising cookies, loads no third-party analytics script, and sends nothing to an outside analytics service. Your IP address is never stored: it is combined with a secret salt held on the server and irreversibly hashed (HMAC-SHA-256) before anything is written, so a repeat visit can be counted without the record identifying you or being reversible back to your address. Each record holds that hash, the page path, the date and time, and the referring site's domain.

Forms. When you submit a form on this site, the answers you provide — which may include your name, email address, company, and message — are emailed to the site owner and, for forms that are set up to keep responses, stored in the owner's own database so the owner can read and reply to them. Stored responses are deleted automatically after a retention period the owner sets (90 days by default, and never more than 365).

Spam Protection. Form submissions are checked with Cloudflare Turnstile, a privacy-focused alternative to CAPTCHAs. Cloudflare receives the information it needs to judge whether a submission is automated, under its own privacy policy.

Purchases. When you buy a product, checkout is handled on Stripe's own hosted page. Stripe collects your name, email, billing details, and payment information to complete the transaction and acts as this site's payment processor. We never receive or store your card number — Stripe processes payment data under its own privacy policy. We receive your name, email address, and the amount and product of your order.

Transactional Email.

We use an email delivery provider to send order confirmations and account-related messages to the address you give at checkout, at sign-in, or on a form.

This site sets no advertising, profiling, or cross-site tracking cookies. Your browser may store a display preference (such as light or dark mode) locally on your own device; that preference is never sent to us. Stripe may set cookies of its own on its hosted checkout page.

Analytics are used only to understand which pages are read and how the site performs.

Form and purchase information is used to answer you, to deliver what you bought, and to keep the records a business is required to keep. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties, and we do not use it for advertising.

Stored form responses are deleted automatically after the retention period described above (90 days by default). Analytics records contain only the irreversible visitor hash described above and are kept as aggregate site history. Purchase records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require.

These services process data independently, under their own privacy policies:

• Stripe — payment processing and hosted checkout
• Cloudflare — Turnstile spam protection on forms

• Microsoft 365 (Microsoft Corporation) — transactional email delivery

• Resend — transactional email delivery (fallback)

• Our hosting provider — serving this site, including standard server request logs

You may ask for a copy of the personal information this site holds about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email

with the request and the email address you used, and we will respond within 30 days. Because analytics records hold no reversible identifier, they cannot be traced back to an individual visitor and so cannot be retrieved or deleted per-person.
